1.How do I place orders?
    (1). Make an order by email(show us the style,size,quantity ect.) or order in our website.
    (2). We send you a confirmaition letter including the order your make and our account detail.     
    (3). Make Payment.
    (4). After receiving your payment. Delivery will be finished in 1 or 2 days
    (5). Offer customer the Tracking Numbers after the shipment.
    (6). The customer sign for the parcels. 
2.Delivery time?
    We usually deliver the goods to our customers in 4-7 days after receiving your payment
3.What kind of customers do you have?
    We welcome all the overseas customers and sincerely hope to have good cooperation with them !
4.Are your goods real?
    All our goods look the same as the original ones!Both in excellent quality and reasonable in price!
5.Do you accept Paypal?
    Of course we accept, we also accept Western Union ,T/T and Money Gram.
6.Do my products come with a box?
    All the products are of AAA class quality and in original packing with retro cards.
7.How will the products be shipped?
    Your order will be processed within 1-2 days after receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT ,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. Delivery may take you 4-7 business days.
8.Will I be compensated if the packages missed?
    Yes, you will get 100% compensation and we will resend the goods if the packages missed.
9.Why can you provide good product with low price?
    We get goods in great quantity directly from factories with the price much lower than the common price.
10.Exchange / Return
    (1) We don't offer any refund on items unless current stocks are sold out.
    (2) If you intend to exchange or return any merchandise, please E-mail us in advance so that arrangements can be made.
    (3) All intended exchange and returns must be notified within 7 days after the merchandise were received.
    (4) Buyer is responsible for all the shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
    (5) All the exchanges and returns must be in perfect condition with original box.
    (6) We offer the possibility to exchange or return but reserve the right to deny exchange or return if any of the listed condition are unfulfilled.
11.What about reasons for exchanges and refunds?
    We deny refunds. We will exchange the products if for reason we sent the wrong goods or size. 
12.Are all the products on the net available?
    Usually the items showed on our site are all available but some items really sell well so we may need a short period of time to confirm the availability. So you may first place order with us and we will feedback you the availability within a day or two. We will then make soonest delivery upon your confirmation and payment.
13.Are the products authentic ?
    Our products are not manufactured by the original companies, but are made with some of the manufacturing facilities that the original companies utilize, such as the durable materials, professional craftsmanship and custom color way.Our replicas do not mean cheap quality .
